We are excited to announce support for custom adapters. Users will now be able to create custom adapters for their Systems of Record from the SGNL Console and use those adapters to ingest data into the SGNL graph. SGNL already supports adapters for most well-known Systems of Record, such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, Azure Active Directory, Jira, Okta, and more.
We have added support for PagerDuty as a System of Record. Users will be able to ingest Users, Teams, Incidents, Services, and Schedules from their PagerDuty instance as entities into the SGNL graph and craft policies based on them.
